Dr. Phillips is a general and cosmetic dentist with over 20 years of clinical experience spanning military service, advanced surgical training, and full-arch implant care. He founded 3rd Set Smiles in Tempe to deliver comprehensive dentistry — from cleanings and fillings to implants and dentures — in an unhurried, patient-first setting.
Before opening the practice, Dr. Phillips served as Surgical Training Advisor at Renew Anchored Dentures — founded by ClearChoice co-founder Dr. Don Miloni — where he helped establish protocols and trained clinicians in full-arch implant procedures.
