Your denture options
Full dentures
When all of the natural teeth in an arch are missing, a full denture replaces them. Modern materials and a digital workflow let us build dentures that look natural, not like the bulky, obvious dentures of decades past.
Partial dentures
If you still have several healthy teeth, a partial denture fills in the gaps without removing or grinding down what you have. Partials use small clasps or precision attachments to stay in place.
Implant-retained overdentures

- Exam and treatment planning. We look at your gums, remaining teeth, bite and bone, and talk through what you want day to day.
- Precise impressions and bite records so the denture is shaped around your mouth.
- Try-in visits to check shade, tooth position and your smile before anything is finished.
- Delivery and follow-up adjustments to fine-tune fit as your mouth settles in.
Living with your denture
Clean your dentures daily, take them out overnight, and come in for a yearly exam so we can check the fit and look at your gums. Gums and bone change shape over time, so most dentures eventually need a reline or replacement. A poorly fitting denture causes sore spots and can speed up bone loss, and both are worth catching early.

The cost of a denture depends on the type (full, partial or implant-retained), the materials, and whether any extractions are needed first, so we give you a written estimate after your exam.
