All-on-4 (and All-on-X, the broader term) is a full-arch dental implant procedure that replaces an entire set of upper or lower teeth with a fixed, permanent prosthesis anchored by four to six implants per arch. Unlike traditional dentures that sit on top of your gums and can slip, click, or cause sore spots, All-on-4 implants are surgically placed into your jawbone and function like natural teeth.

The process, step by step
- Free consultation & 3D scan. A comprehensive exam plus a CBCT (3D) scan. Dr. Phillips evaluates your case and gives you a clear treatment plan with transparent pricing — no pressure, no sales team.
- Digital planning. Using your scan and digital impressions, a computer-guided surgical plan is created for millimeter-accurate implant placement.
- Surgery day. Under sedation, failing teeth are removed, implants are placed, and a fixed set of temporary teeth is attached — all in one visit.
- Final restoration. After about 3–6 months of healing, your final custom prosthesis is fitted — designed to look natural and built to last.
