Crowns & Bridges
Restore broken, cracked, or root-canal-treated teeth with strong all-ceramic crowns, or replace a missing tooth with a custom bridge.
Dental crowns
A crown is a custom-made cap that covers an entire tooth above the gumline. We recommend crowns when a tooth is too broken or weak for a filling, needs full coverage to protect what's left of the tooth, or has a large old filling that's failing.
Modern crown materials
We primarily use full-ceramic crowns — strong, natural-looking, and metal-free. For back teeth that take heavy bite force, we may recommend zirconia for extra durability.
Dental bridges
A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by anchoring an artificial tooth (or teeth) to the natural teeth on either side. Bridges are a good fit when implants aren't an option, or when the neighboring teeth already need crowns anyway.
Bridges vs. implants
A single implant is usually a better long-term choice than a traditional bridge because it doesn't require grinding down healthy neighboring teeth. We'll be honest about which is right for you — see our dental implants page for a comparison.
What to expect
- First visit: tooth preparation, digital scan, and a temporary crown or bridge.
- Lab time: 1–3 weeks while the final restoration is hand-finished.
- Second visit: try-in, fit check, and final cementation.
